Our Approach
How Inspired 360 Health came to be
My name is Elizabeth and Inspired 360 Health was created in 2011 when I graduated from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York as a Holistic Health Coach. I found myself at nutrition school when I was still feeling sick and tired and experiencing many failed pregnancy’s many years after my diagnosis with Hashimotos Thyroiditis, Hypothyroidism and Celiac Disease. The Doctors were all telling me that I was ‘Normal’ but here I was, at the highest weight I had ever been and exhausted.
Our Story
Through what I have learned at IIN I have been able to help my body and increase my energy. I created Inspired 360 Health to help people that are at the end of their rope looking for answers and overall need help learning to listen to their body balance their lives, gain energy and overall health. Sometimes all we need to do is let go and have someone help us stay accountable to our goals.
I am always working on my knowledge and growing my experience. That has lead me to take certifications at Health Sciences Academy and over the last year I have attended Fit Chicks Academy in Toronto, Canada where I successfully completed the FIT CHICKS(R) Fitness & Nutrition Expert program. I am excited to be able to incorporate the fitness portion into the programs and coaching I develop for clients.
What is health coaching?
Health coaching is a method of guiding you to make nutritional and behavioral changes to improve overall well being. Like traditional coaching, health coaches utilize goal setting, identification of obstacles, and use of personal support systems.

As a Health Coach and Personal Trainer, I am your personal advocate for living an energized and passionate life. I work with my clients to help them create happy, healthy lives in a way that is flexible, fun and free of denial and discipline.
