A Health Coach is someone that will work with you to help you create optimal health. When I look at health, I am referring to the connection between the mind, body and spirit. Our mind is a powerful thing and can make or break any efforts towards our goal. Someone who has always struggled with their weight or health issues might be doing the right things but just don’t feel better. This is because the balance is off and a Health Coach will help you work through this balance and effectively make your goals easier to achieve and are more likely to be permanent.

To make Health Coaching available to everyone I provide coaching online and by phone. This gives you a chance to maximize your ‘me’ time by getting in your Coaching sessions without needing to travel to an office. I have had busy clients in the past that use their lunch break at work or at home after their kids went to bed to get the coaching help they need. All you need is to have a secure phone or internet connection and a quiet place that you can be free to speak without interruption.

Your personalized program will radically improve your health and happiness. Together, we’ll explore concerns specific to you and your body and discover the tools you

 need for a lifetime of balance. Your program will be built around your needs and schedule. Some clients need support multiple times a month, or multiple times a week. We will have a one hour intake appointment and at the conclusion your program will be built. 

No matter how frequent you attend sessions, your program will help you:
