For the last few years I have been looking at water filters and looking for one that would fit into my home and lifestyle. With my autoimmune diseases it is recommended that I avoid fluoride and any additional toxins. When looking at filters I wanted something that was not going to be difficult to install but that also would not be a lot of maintenance.
When I started looking at filter systems I noticed that when I moved into the ones that filter fluoride the price went up a lot. The cost per L on this system was affordable for my family but also on the lower end for what I found. The other thing I like about this system is that it does not take any power and will even work on lake water.
We got our system a month ago and LOVE IT! The water tastes amazing and it has actually cleared up a few things for me and my dog. I have noticed since I started using it my skin is clear, I drink more in a day and it is easier to convince my family to drink more water.
My little dog has sensitive skin and I had been buying him filtered water for a while now to try to clear it up. Since he has been drinking the Berkey filtered water his skin has returned to normal and a lot of his allergy symptoms have cleared up.
I am so thankful I have something that works and is helping my family right through to the four footed members.
